Empowering young people to reflect on their behaviours through 1:1 mentoring, sports based activities and mindfulness practices. Our program fosters resilience, self awareness and positive decision making to help them thrive.
After Cells
Supporting young people who have been arrested and facing court outcomes, this program provides mentorship and resources to prevent reoffending and encourage positive pathways.
Prison2Purpose
Guiding individuals from prison to purpose, this program focuses on skills training, mentorship and reintegration support to promote successful community re-entry and reduce recidivism.
